- Why do I keep seeing the same login page even after I have entered my account number and login password and clicked "login"?
The cookie set by DHS website in your browser is probably corrupt. Please
delete all cookies in your browser and try again.
If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer, follow these steps to delete cookies:

Internet Explorer 6 for Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition, Windows
Millennium Edition, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, and Windows XP

Start Internet Explorer.

On the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options", and then click the "General"
tab.

In the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click "Delete Cookies"; Click "OK" to
confirm deleting all cookies. Then click "OK" to confirm and close the "Internet Options" window.

Start Internet Explorer.

On the "Tools" menu, click "Internet Options", and then click the "General" tab.

In the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click "Settings".

Click "View Files".

On the "View" menu, click "Details".

Click the "Internet Address" column header, and then find the Internet
addresses of the cookie files. For example, a cookie Internet address may be
named similar to the following name: Cookie:account_number@dhsec.com

Click a cookie file, and then press the "DELETE" key on the keyboard. If you are prompted to confirm
that you want to delete the file, click "Yes". Repeat this step for each cookie
file.
- Why do I see the following warning message when I try to access your website?
It is because your browser does not accept cookies. DHS website requires
cookies for authentication and session management.
If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0, please follow these steps to allow cookies from DHS website:

Delete all cookies (see Q1)

Go to "Internet Options" > "Privacy" and change the "Privacy Setting" to
"default (medium)", click "OK" to exit.

If you don't want to enable cookies for all sites, please click on "Edit..."
button on "Privacy" tab, type in "www.dhsec.com" in address field
and click on "Allow" to add DHS website in the list of sites you want to accept
cookies from.
