An eStatement is an electronic version of your statement. It provides you an alternate way to receive your daily and monthly statements from DHS.

2. How do eStatements work?

An email notification with a link to your eStatement will be sent to you when your eStatement is available. After logging into DHS website with your Login ID and Password (PIN), you can read your account statement at the right hand side of the screen anytime via the Internet.

3. Is it safe to use eStatements?

All security precautions have been taken to ensure the confidentiality of your eStatements. We distribute eStatements to you after installing security measures at our website. However, if you choose to download and save your eStatements, it is your responsibility to make sure that only you have access to them.

4. How can I register for the eStatements service?

You can go to Account Services on our website and select "Value-Added Services". Please follow the steps after you login and select "Apply for eStatements".

5. How and when will I receive my eStatement?

Upon signing up for receipt of eStatements, you will receive an email notification (whenever there is movement in your account) at the email address registered with us. Please allow at least one business day to process your application. Once your eStatement is available, you will receive an email notification, which provides you a link to access your eStatement. You can also login to DHS website and find your eStatements located under "Portfolio" anytime.

6. How long will my eStatements stay on the website?

eStatements will be archived for six months starting from their issuance date. You can always retrieve your eStatement via the Internet for the past 6 months.

7. Do I need to pay for eStatements?

No, eStatements service is free.

8. How can I cancel my eStatements service?

You can cancel your eStatements service through Account Services. Please allow at least one business day to process your application.
